Tony Nardo, MBA, TEP

As President, Tony Nardo leads the Leadership Team at First State Trust Company (FSTC) and Nevada First Trust Company (NFTC), overseeing the implementation of fiduciary, administration, operations, investment, and compliance functions across both entities. Tony is at the helm of the firm’s Fiduciary Steering Committee and holds a seat on the Board of Directors. He is charged with the overall strategic development of FSTC and NFTC, working diligently with the leadership team to expand the enterprises’ reach and footprint while steadfastly ensuring that fiduciary obligations are fulfilled. Tony’s recent role as the National Sales Manager for the Comerica Advisor Solutions sales division saw him leading efforts to broaden the trust and estate business, fostering partner relationships with financial advisors, centers of influence, and business partners.

A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Tony holds the esteemed Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and is an active participant in the Delaware Estate Planning Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Wilmington University.

With over 22 years of experience in the financial services sector, Tony’s career has spanned roles at Discover Bank, Fleet Bank (Bank Boston), RBC Trust Company (Delaware) Limited, and Comerica Bank & Trust, N.A. His focus has consistently been on enhancing fiduciary revenue, increasing assets under management, leading and mentoring teams, and fostering growth within the organizations he serves.
